Parenting doesn’t come with a manual. For some of us, our child’s diagnosis completely changed our perspectives on parenting. Perhaps the most difficult of all is adjusting our expectations. We love our children! There’s no doubt but we are also entitled to a safe space to express how and what we feel along our journey.
